Cannot listen to an Internet radio station or
podcast.
The broadcaster might have a temporary problem
with their Internet connection.
Confirm that your system is properly connected to
the Internet.
DLNA
Cannot connect to the network.
Check the settings of the network’s firewall.
Confirm that a DLNA server on the same network
can connect to the network.
Confirm that the password to connect to the DLNA
server is correct.
Confirm that the DLNA server is not shut down or in
sleep mode.
There might be a problem with the network
authentication. Press the INPUT button to select
NET again.
Cannot find a track.
Add the track to the media library of Windows Media
Player.
Select this unit from the Windows device list.
If the computer is using antivirus or security
software, the unit might not be able to connect to it.
Home Media
Cannot find a folder/file.
Make folder/file sharing settings.
Add the file to the shared folder.
Confirm that the password for the user account is
correct.
Check the file format.
If the computer is using antivirus or security
software, the unit might not be able to connect to it.
This unit uses a microprocessor, so noise and
other external interference could cause it to
stop functioning properly. If this should occur,
unplug the unit’s power from the outlet and
wait a little while before plugging the power in
again and retrying the operation.
If the unit still does not function properly after doing the
above, follow the procedures in "Restoring factory default
settings" to restore the unit to its factory default settings,
and try the operation again.
Restoring factory default settings
If this unit does not operate properly, follow the
procedures below to restore it to the default settings that
it had when shipped new from the factory. Doing this
might correct the problem.
While the unit is on, press and hold the stop ( )
button and press the ON/STANDBY button.
Note about condensation
If this unit is brought from a cold outdoor environment
into a warm room, or the heater has just been turned
on in the room where it is located, for example,
condensation might occur on operating parts or lenses,
resulting in improper operation. If this occurs, leave the
unit on and wait 1-2 hours. This should enable normal
playback.
