To enable HDMI linked operation on your Onkyo Receiver with CEC-compliant devices, first, go to the Setup menu, then navigate to "5. Hardware" - "HDMI" - "HDMI CEC" and set it to "On". Also, ensure that HDMI linking is enabled on the connected CEC-compliant device by checking its instruction manual.
