Be careful the new redundant electronics are supplied by a
second micro-processor that controls the first one, cancelling the
uncorrected movement of the gangway caused by an eventual
hardware damage. The second micro-processor constantly con-
trols the first one, verifying if the motor working corresponds to
the keyboard or to the remote control.
If this test is right the electronic operates regularly, on the contra-
ry if the test hasn’t a positive result it sends the electronic in block
(FAULT situation).
The FAULT situation is signaled by a total turn off of the electronic
and the continuous sound of the buzzer (BIP) inside the
electronic.
To restore the condition of FAULT it is necessary switch off current
for at least 2 seconds.
Attenzione le nuove elettroniche ridondanti saranno equipaggiate
di un secondo microprocessore che controlla il primo sopprimen-
do le movimentazioni anomale della passerella causate da una
eventuale guasto hardware. Il secondo microprocessore controlla
costantemente il principale verificando ogni volta che avviene un
azionamento del motore se corrisponde un comando da tastiera o
da telecomando. Se tale verifica ha esito positivo l’elettronica fun-
ziona regolarmente, se invece avesse esito negativo, cioè riscon-
tra che il motore sta per essere azionato senza nessun comando
da tastiera o da telecomando manda in blocco l’elettronica.(situ-
azione che chiameremo FAULT). La situazione di FAULT viene seg-
nalata con lo spegnimento totale dell’elettronica e il continuo
suonare del buzzer (BIP) interno all’elettronica.Per ripristinare la
condizione di FAULT sarà sufficiente togliere l’ alimentazione all’
elettronica per almeno 2 secondi.
5) INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNING
FOR USE
ã USING THE GANGWAY:
Before attempting to use the gangway, check that the power
supply system of the yacht is turned on.
Located on the power supply box and enable the gangway com-
mand circuits by pressing the
OFF+LIGHT button on the fixed
control panel (the green light up).
For models with manual positioning of stanchions, insert these
into the sockets provided.
Check that they are correctly secured.
For models with automatic positioning of stanchions, check that
these have opened fully and that the grab rope is correctly
tensioned.
Ensure that solid support is provided.
Even through the full extension of the gangway may not be
required to reach the quay, remember that the grab rope is
correctly tensioned only when the gangway is fully extended.
Before moving off:
ã On models with manual stanchion positioning, must be
dismantled and stowed away.
5) MODALITA’ ED AVVERTENZE D’USO
DELLA PASSERELLA
ã UTILIZZAZIONE DELLA PASSERELLA:
Controllare l’inserimento dell’alimentazione dell’impianto elettrico
di bordo prima di azionare la passerella. Per abilitare i circuiti di
comando della passerella premere il tasto OFF+LIGHT sul pannel-
lo comandi, la spia verde a lato del pulsante si accenderà indican-
do che la passerella è pronta per essere azionata.
Per i modelli con posizionamento manuale dei candelieri, inserite
questi ultimi negli appositi alloggiamenti, controllandone il
fissaggio e verificate la solidità dell’appiglio.
Per i modelli con posizionamento automatico dei candelieri
verificate che questi ultimi si siano aperti completamente e che la
cima tientibene sia ben tesa: verificate la solidità dell’appiglio.
Anche se la lunghezza della passerella non completamente
estratta sarebbe sufficiente a raggiungere la banchina, ricordate
che per avere il tientibene correttamente teso è necessario
estendere completamente la passerella.
Prima della partenza per una navigazione:
ã Per i modelli con candelieri manuali è necessario smontare i
candelieri e riporli.
CAUTION!!! AVVERTENZE!!!
BE CAREFUL WHILE MOVING ON THE GANGWAY WHEN
THE STANCHIONS AND GRAB ROPE ARE NOT
CORRECTLY SECURED. THIS OPERATION REQUIRES A
GOOD SENSE OF BALANCE AND CONFIDENCE
WITH MOVEMENTS.
