Clean boiler (drafts and venting holes)
Tight boiler – duly fitted and sealed cleaning, stoking and ash pan door
Appropriately chosen boiler capacity with regard to the given heated site
Note:
The manufacturer recommends including an appropriate mixing facility in the heating
circuit, primarily when using a circulation pump, in order to prevent the supply
temperature of the heated water in the boiler from dropping below 65
o
C.
Warning:
At the initial heat-up, with the boiler completely clear, sweating on the surfaces may
demonstrate itself so intensively that it may be wrongly interpreted as a sign of a leaking
boiler. The sweatig will disappear once the boiler temperature exceeds 70
o
C. Having
heated the boiler up, do not forget to close the heating flap by pulling out the tie rod in
the rear part of the boiler and open the secondary air inlets on the boiler sides.
11. Waste Disposal
The packaging material (paper and wood) may be burnt in the stove; the PP band, any
unburned residues and ash must be disposed of as household waste.
At the end of the boiler life cycle, dispose of the shell and the grates as metallic waste,
and hand the insulation material to the collection yard.
The wooden planks are designed for one-off use and may not be used any longer as a
product. The disposal thereof is subject to Act no. 185/2001 Coll., Law on Waste and
Amendment of Certain Other Laws, as amended by later regulations. The used
packaging material complies with the requirements for marketing packages, as set forth
by Act no. 477/2001 Coll., Law on Packaging and Amendment of Certain Other Laws as
amended.
