• has not been mechanically damaged trough the use of force (no unauthorised intervention has
been performed save for those permitted by the operating manual)
• chimney draft to ČSN must correspond to the value given in Table 2 depending on the boiler
type
• the customer has submitted the present Warranty Sheet, duly completed, while claiming their
complaint
• manufacturer’s instructions applying to the use of pressure expansion vessels are observed
Note:
When noting a defect, the present warranty sheet must be presented at all times, the full address
given and the circumstances in which the defect occurred indicated. The company shall decide on
the method and place of the repair.

Warning:
For the steel weldment – the warranty provided for permanent tightness of the steel weldment
spans the period of 60 months from the date of shipment from the plant. The grant of this
warranty is subject to the condition that no pressure expansion vessel has been used in the
heating system and that the non tightness occurred as a result of poor quality material or poor
welds. The warranty may not be grated for failures caused by the operators. If the warranty
spanning the longer warranty period is granted, we will provide the user with a replacement
weldment, either by transporting the piece to their site or handing it to them in person. The
costs associated with the transport, replacement and return of the defective weldment to the
plant shall be borne by the user. If the defective weldment is not returned to the plant within 30
days of dispatch or handover of the replacement weldment, the user will be charged with the
full cost of the weldment.
A replaced weldment falling to the prolonged warranty period of 60 months shall carry a
warranty spanning a period of 24 months from the date of withdrawal.
The boiler weldment is sprayed by black water soluble paint, which may lead to the peeling of
the paint layer. The peeling paint has no effect on the operation of the boiler. The paint will be
burnt away after the initial heat up.
