- If overheated, the safety system turns the device off. In order to restart it, unplug the unit and wait
until it cools. Once cooled, re-plug it in and press the "RESTART" button on the back of the heating
unit. To do so you will need a thin and long tool.
• Never start cleaning until the oil has cooled down.
• Always unplug the fryer before cleaning.
• Pour the oil out of the bowl using the pouring lip on the rim of the bowl.
Fryer body/fixed bowl
• Fryer outer body – wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Never put it in water.
• Inner bowl – after each use, fill with hot soapy water and soak for 20 minutes. Then use a
non-abrasive cleaner.
Basket
• After each use, remove and soak in hot soapy water for 20 minutes. Then use a stiff brush.
• The lid and basket can alternatively be washed in your dishwasher.
