Connect Orbic TAB8 4G to the Computer
You can copy your music, photos, and other les to the microSD
card of your Orbic TAB8 4G.
NOTE: This option is available only when a microSD card is inserted
into the slot of your Orbic TAB8 4G. While your Orbic TAB8 4G is
connected to a computer, File transfer mode prevents you from
using applications that access the memory card.
1. Connect your Orbic TAB8 4G to your computer using the
supplied USB cable.
2. Open the Notications panel > tap USB options.
3. The connected Orbic TAB8 4G is recognised as a removable
hard drive on your computer and select File transfer.
4. On your computer, navigate to the removable drive, and
open it.
5. Choose the les from the Orbic TAB8 4G memory (Internal
storage) or the microSD card.
6. After copying the les, unmount the removable drive (that
is, your Orbic TAB8 4G) as required by your computer’s
operating system to remove your Orbic TAB8 4G safely.
7. After unmounting the removable drive, you can disconnect
the Orbic TAB8 4G from the computer.
