Troubleshooting
Here are a few things you can try before contacting the service
center.
Your Orbic TAB8 4G displays network or service error.
You may lose reception in areas with weak signals or poor
reception. Move to another location and try again.
Your Orbic TAB8 4G does not turn ON.
When the battery is completely discharged, your Orbic TAB8 4G
will not turn ON. Charge the battery fully before turning on the
Orbic TAB8 4G.
The touchscreen responds slowly or improperly.
• If you attach a screen protector or optional accessories to
the touchscreen, it may not function properly.
• If you are wearing gloves, your hands are not clean while
touching the touchscreen, or if you tap the screen with sharp
objects or your ngertips, the touchscreen may malfunction.
• The touchscreen may malfunction in humid conditions or
when exposed to water.
• Restart your Orbic TAB8 4G to clear any temporary software
bugs.
• Ensure that your Orbic TAB8 4G has the latest version of the
software.
Your Orbic TAB8 4G freezes or encounters a fatal error.
