Making a Call from the Contact list
1. From the Home screen, tap > Contacts or swipe up
to reveal all your Apps > Contacts .
2. Scroll through the contact list.
• To nd a specic contact, you can search by tapping
Search. Enter the name of the contact you’re
searching for. As you type, contacts with matching
names appear below the search box. Or you can
use the TAB on the right side of the screen to scroll
through the alphabetical contacts.
3. Tap the contact you want to call > Tap Call.
Making an Emergency Call
Your Orbic TAB8 4G supports Emergency Calling. You can call
emergency services on your Orbic TAB8 4G when you see or have
an emergency.
Emergency call service may not be available on all the mobile
service providers. If you are unsure, please check with your local
service providers.
Emergency service numbers are -
• International: 112
• United States: 911
• UK: 999
• Germany: 110
• Japan (Ambulance & Fire): 110
• Japan (Police): 119
• Australia: 000
• New Zealand: 111
