Security
Using a screen lock, you can secure your Orbic TAB8 4G and
protect your data. With this option enabled, you can use your
nger to draw a pattern or enter a PIN to unlock your device's
screen.
To access security
• Tap the Home key
> swipe up for Apps > Settings >
Security.
Google Play Protect
Google Play protects and monitors your apps and Orbic TAB8 4G
for harmful behavior. It also warns you from potentially dangerous
apps.
To run the scan
1. Tap Security > Google Play protect.
2. Tap Scan to check the apps.
Find My Device
Find My Device helps you locate this Orbic TAB8 4G remotely. It
also lets you to keep your data secure if you lose this Orbic TAB8
4G.
To use Find My Device
1. Tap Security > Find My Device.
2. Tap
Use Find My Device to activate.
NOTE: To use this option, you will need to sign in with Google.
Security update
You can quickly check the date of the last installed security
software update and nd out if newer updates are available.
