1. No Video Output
-> Check if the HDMI cables are connected properly
-> Try changing the cables
-> Check if the LEDs on the device are lighting up
2. What is the maximum cable length of the device?
We recommend using high quality HDMI cables under 30 feet.
3. Can I connect a 4K and 8K display at the same time?
Yes, you can have a 8K and 4K or even 1080p display connected without
compromising on the quality of your 8K display. This device supports
Downscaling and HDR to SDR conversion to help you get the best out-
put possible.
4. Can I use this splitter with an Elgato Capture card to record my
games?
No, you cannot use a capture card with this device due to the HDCP
encryption on the outputs.
