Release box straps and lid to access all components inside.
Extract all loose parts from the box, referring to component guide.
Open buckles on box sides to release the straps.
Pull apart the box ends to unfold the kayak's main structure.
Disconnect the snaphook for easier folding later.
Connect loose channels to existing ones at bow and stern for a tight seal.
Place the bow bulkhead into the affixed U-channels.
Place the stern bulkhead into the affixed U-channels.
Rotate the front cockpit rib to engage the screw keyhole.
Fold the floorboard into a U-shape and insert it into the cockpit.
Flex the floorboard and rotate handles to secure them in the coaming.
Match the screws on the rib to the slots in the cockpit area.
Insert and tighten the three remaining ratchet buckles on the front deck.
Ensure deck edges are fully seated in the seam channels.
Engage the latch to secure the front coaming.
Slide backrest column into plate and lock it to the deck screws.
Insert and tighten the remaining ratchet buckles on the rear deck.
Fasten the buckles on each side of the backrest to the coaming.
