• Ensure that the power plug is firmly connected to
the electrical outlet.
• Ensure that the main switch and the switch on the
electrical outlet is turned on.
• Ensure the rear cover has closed correctly.
Problem

• The uAlpine Smart 2 does not
function.
• The timer duration has lapsed.
• The ‘On/Off’ button [

was pressed accidentally.
• The uAlpine Smart 2 stops
midway.
• Ensure the rear cover has closed correctly.
• Check if the filter is dirty and replace if necessary.
• The air inlet or air outlet may be obstructed. Clean
and remove any obstructions around the air inlet
and outlet.
• There are 3 ‘Beep’ sounds and
display board panel shown
as ‘E1’ once turn on uAlpine
Smart 2.
• Low dust collection,
uAlpine Smart 2 is performing
sub-optimally.
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uAlpine Smart 2 , please check the following
points to see if they can be rectified. If the uAlpine Smart 2 still malfunctions or does not work,
please switch off the uAlpine Smart 2 and remove the power plug from the electrical outlet. Contact
OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uAlpine Smart 2 yourself. Doing so will void the
warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent consequences.
