Changing batteries
The correct battery size appears in the “Instrument View” in the
first section of this document.
A worn out battery should be removed immediately and
disposed of according to local regulations.
You will hear 2 beeps when it is time to change the battery. This
pre-warning will be repeated in moderate intervals until the battery
runs out. The battery may run out shortly after a pre-warning or
within the next couple of hours depending on battery capabili-
ties and individual hearing losses.
If the battery runs out, the instrument turns off. When that
happens, 4 beeps are played to indicate that the instrument is
no longer operating.
Replace the battery.
