  If your phone isn't finding the oticon Media Player Streamer, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the Streamer might be out of range of your phone. Try moving the devices closer together and attempt pairing again. Second, the Streamer might already be connected to other active Bluetooth devices within range. Ensure that any other Bluetooth devices previously paired with the Streamer are turned off before attempting to pair with your phone.
