Why can't my Overmax Security Camera identify the SD card?

  If your Overmax Security Camera can't identify the SD card, ensure the SD card works properly and is formatted to FAT32. An unstable device or mobile phone network can also cause this issue, so a stable internet connection is recommended (download/upload: 16mbps). The SD card must be a minimum of Class 10 and suitable for continuous recording. Also, the SD card must be removed from the device when it is switched off, otherwise damage to the memory card and/or the camera motherboard may result.

  If your Overmax Security Camera is online but you aren't receiving notifications, first check your phone settings to ensure the application is allowed to send notifications. Normally, a message should appear in the phone's notification bar when irregularities are detected. Also, ensure the notification sound or vibration is enabled in your phone settings.

Why is my Overmax Security Camera still on the device list after resetting it?

  The "Reset device" option only resets the camera's network configuration and does not change the configuration in the application. To remove the Overmax Security Camera from the list, you need to log in to the application and delete it there.

  By default, the Overmax Security Camera detects when the user is actively watching the video feed and determines that there is no need to send alarms at that moment.
