Questions and Answers

Why is my Ozito Water Pump not pumping water?
    • A
      Ann EstradaAug 3, 2025
If your Ozito Water Pump operates but no water flows, it could be due to several reasons. There might be air in the pump head; if so, disconnect from the power supply, open the priming screw, and fill the pump head with water. Alternatively, the suction pipe or the in-line filter may be blocked and require cleaning. Ensure the pump is correctly primed by following the priming instructions. Also, check that the inlet and outlet are properly connected with no leakage, using Teflon tape on all connections. Finally, verify that the water supply source has sufficient water.

What to do if Ozito Water Pump won’t start?
    • L
      Lisa LoganAug 9, 2025
If your Ozito Water Pump won’t start, first check if the power is switched on. If the yellow light isn’t illuminated, inspect the mains supply. Once connected to the mains, the yellow light should illuminate; then, press the On button.

What to do if Ozito PPW-801 cannot be started by pressing On button?
    • J
      Jose SullivanAug 17, 2025
If your Ozito Water Pump cannot be started by pressing the On button, it may have entered self-protection mode due to frequent on/off cycles. Check for leaks in the outlet system and fix any that are found, ensuring Teflon tape is used on all connections. To reset the pump, disconnect it from the mains power.

What to do if Ozito PPW-801 stops?
    • C
      Claire HopkinsAug 26, 2025
If your Ozito Water Pump stops, there could be several reasons. First, check the mains power supply. If power was lost and is now restored, the yellow light should illuminate; then press the On button. Other potential issues include air in the pump head (disconnect from power, open the priming screw, and fill with water), a blocked suction pipe (disconnect from power and clean it), or a blocked external in-line filter (clean the filter). Also, ensure the inlet and outlet are correctly connected with no leaks, using Teflon tape. Verify that the water supply is sufficient. It's also possible the system has reached its cut-off pressure of 3.8 bar, which is normal; the pump will restart when the pressure drops below 1.5 bar. Priming the pump might also be required following the instructions.
