WARNING! ENSURE THE BATTERY IS DISCONNECTED
FROM THE TOOL BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OF THE
FOLLOWING OPERATIONS.
Fitting the Clamping Jaw
2 Align the upper tab of the
clamping jaw with the hole in
the saw housing.
4 Push the clamping jaw tab
into the hole in the housing
and release the clamping jaw
release.
Note: Ensure the clamp is
secured by pulling the
clamp away from the body.
1 Slide the clamping
jaw up over the
shoe.
3 Press and hold the
clamping jaw release
into the unlock
position.
The clamping jaw allows branches to be gripped, providing cutting of
unsupported branches easier. When cutting wider branches or timber,
the clamping jaw can be removed and the pruning saw can be used as
a standard reciprocating saw.
The clamping jaw can not be tted or removed with the blade tted.
If the blade is tted, rst remove the blade and then follow the steps
below.
