5.1.1 Tote Trolley Preparation
Where a trolley is being prepared, apply both brakes (one brake on each rear wheel)

rior to use (Figures 5, 6, 7).

o not unfold tote panels prior to installing on a trolley. The empty tote can be in-
stalled on a trolley manually with at least two operators lifting from the base of the
tote, or using lifting equipment.
Do not lift the tote using the folded side panels or the lateral structural bars.
CAUTION: Pall does not recommend lifting or otherwise placing an already filled tote
onto a trolley.
The legs of the tote locate into raised pockets at the corners of the trolley. Ensure that
all 4 legs are correctly located.
