2 Open the Incorrect Password
dialog box:
a. Select the Password box.
b. Enter any password, and then
select OK.

3 Delete the forgotten password:
a. Select OK on the screen
informing you that your
password is incorrect.
a. Select Lost Password.
b. Select Yes.
4 Synchronize your handheld with your computer to restore any private entries
that were deleted.
5 [ & ] OPTIONAL Create a new password.
