Cautions regarding the batteries
The batteries can be used for approximately one year.
Do not use rechargeable (Ni-Cd) batteries, because such batteries differ from standard dry cell batteries in
shape, dimensions and performance.
Be sure to replace the batteries with two new batteries of the same type as each other.
Remove the batteries if the air conditioner is not going to be used for an extended period of time.
Press the (OFF/ON) “—” button at the place where the holder is to be
affixed to confirm that there is a beep when the remote control sig-
nals are received by the main unit.
