Servicing Information
(a) Current Transformer Defective
When the Current Transformer (CT) is an open circuit, total running current is less than 1.88 A and the indicated
frequency is 53 Hz (CU-G93KE) or 74 Hz (CU-G123KE) or above. If this condition continues for 20 seconds,
the abnormality signal is sent from outdoor to indoor after 3 minutes of operation and [H16] is displayed.
(b) 4 Way Valve Defective
i. Heating Operation (except Deice)
When the indoor heat exchanger temperature is lower than 5°C after 4 minutes of operation, the operation
stops and restarts after 3 minutes. If this phenomenon occurs for 4 times within 40 minutes, [F11] is displayed.
ii. Cooling Operation
When the indoor heat exchanger temperature is higher than 45°C after 4 minutes of operation, the operation
stops and restarts after 3 minutes. If this phenomenon occurs for 4 times within 40 minutes, [F11] is displayed.
The abnormality is not judged in the following conditions:
– deice operation
– 2 minutes after deice operation
– hot start
– 2 minutes after hot start
– 3 minutes after heating and cooling/soft dry mode changeover
