The following symptoms are not faults. Please continue to use it without fear.
Is it faulty?
While not in operation, the
nearby areas around the
air intake vents are warm
to the touch.
HEATING
There is some heat dissipation when other indoor units are operating the HEATING
mode. It is not a fault.
No, it is okay
While operating under the
Timer setting of “ODOUR
CLEAR”operation mode,
the air outflow stopped.
Approximately after 40 minutes after start of operations, the moment the air outflow
stops, the louvres will be closed (approximately for 10 minutes). After which for ap-
proximately 3 minutes, it stopped the air flow.
CHECK BEFORE SENDING IT FOR REPAIRS.
Is it faulty? Please check on these
Not operating
Has the circuit breaker tripped?
Is the power supply in the “OFF” state?
Is the timer being used in a proper manner? (Page 15)
Not cool enough and not
warm enough
Is the temperature adjustment or setting being done in a proper manner? (Page 5)
Are the air filters dirty?
Are there blockages in the air intake vents and air outlet vents? (Page 18)
Are the windows and doors opened?
Are exhaust fan and gas cooker being in use?
Remote control is not
receiving any signals.
Remote control display is
faint.
Remote control display is
not appearing.
Are the batteries weak? (Page 9)
Are the batteries placed in the correct (+) (-) positions? (Page 9)
After the filters have been
cleaned, the filter lamp is
still blinking.
After cleaning the filters, have you pressed the FILTER RESET button?

Intake grille and front
panel could not be closed.
Are the air filters being properly installed?
Are the front panel and the intake grille properly installed?
Indoor unit’s operation
lamp blinks.
Are the operating modes of other indoor units differ from this unit? (Page 11)
Could not set the air
conditioner timer setting of
“ODOUR CLEAR”operation

Have other room units stopped operating due to abnormality?
Have other room units been placed auto operating mode?
Could not set the timer
(Signal receiving sound:
“Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep”)
Has the unit been set to timer setting of “ODOUR CLEAR”operation mode?
When the timer setting of “ODOUR CLEAR”operation mode is set, the indoor unit
timer is not operational.
Could not cancel the
odour removing mode.
(Signal receiving sound:
“Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep”)
Has the unit been set to timer setting of “ODOUR CLEAR”operation mode?
When the timer setting of “ODOUR CLEAR”operation mode is set, the odour removing
mode can not be cancelled.

Is it faulty? Consult your dealer as soon as possible
Stop all operations and switch off the power supply.
Abnormal noises during operations.
Water leaking through the indoor unit.
Inadvertently inserted foreign objects and
splashed water onto unit.
Switches and buttons are not functioning properly.
Burnt smell.
Circuit breakers are tripping frequently.
