and
when
the

on

time:
Before
eating
lunch.

is
when
your
blood
pressure
is
not
affected
by
food
and
when
it
is
most
typical
of
the
highest
level
of
the
day.)
Third
time:
When
you
go
to
bed
at
night.
(This
data
value
is
roughly
typical
of
the
average
blood
pressure
value
for
the
day.)
Get
to
know
your
blood
pressure
pattern
by
measuring
your
blood
pressure
in
the
morning,at
midday
and
in
the
late
evening,
and
use
the
data
you
obtain
to
manage
your
blood
pressure.
