The
power
ON/OFF switch
is
located
toward
the back
left-hand
side
of
the
machine.
When
you turn
the
unit on,
the
printer
will
move
to
the
current
left
margin and
the
daisywheel
will
spin to
position
itself
accurately.
The
typewriter
will
remember
the last
margins and tabs
used
when
you turn
the machine
off.
Paper
Release
Lever
Pulling
forward on
the
Paper
Release Lever releases
the
paper
so
that the
operator
can adjust
it freely.
Paper
Bail
Release
Lever
Pulling
forward
on the Paper Bail Release Lever
moves the
paper
bail away
from the platen.
Additional
forward movement
of this
lever activates
the automatic paper insert
function.
