1. Press and (for common memory), then enter the remote operation ID.
or
Press and the desired mailbox number ( , or ), then enter the mailbox password during the
mailbox greeting message.
● If you have not programmed your own mailbox password, enter “555 (pre-selected setting)” as the
mailbox password (see page 46).

recorded messages.
