4.2.1 Storing telephone number and email address in the address book
The unit contains an address book (100 items).
1 Mt/MENUN (repeatedly): ADDRESS BOOK SET
2 MFEN: NEW A MOK/SETN
3 Enter the name, up to 16 characters. A MOK/SETN
4 Follow the display to enter the telephone number

5. Follow the display to edit the telephone number

4.2.3 Programming items into the broadcast memory y
Store items into the unit to send the same document to multiple parties (broadcast feature). Your programmed items
will remain in the broadcast memory, allowing frequent re-use.
Programming items using the address book
1. Mt/MENUN (repeatedly): BROADCAST SETUP
2. Press MOK/SETN.
3. MCDN: Display the desired broadcast memory location. A MOK/SETN
4. MCDN: Display the desired item. A MOK/SETN
R The number in brackets indicates the number of registered items.
R To program other items, repeat this step (up to 20 items).
R If you have programmed the wrong item, press Mw/STOPN to erase the item.
5. MOK/SETN
R To program another broadcast memory, repeat steps 2 to 5.
