  There are several reasons why caller information might not be displayed on your Panasonic Telephone. First, you may need to subscribe to your phone service provider’s Caller ID service, so contact them for details. Second, if your unit is connected to additional telephone equipment, remove it and plug the unit directly into the wall jack. If you use a DSL/ADSL service, consider connecting a DSL/ADSL filter between the base unit and the telephone line jack, and for details contact your DSL/ADSL service provider. The name display service may not be available in some areas, so contact your phone service provider for details. Finally, other telephone equipment may be interfering with this unit, so disconnect the other equipment and try again.
