Quick troubleshooting
Lift up the handset from the charger.
Press {C} at the handset, then check if the display shows
“Talk”.
Check if the
telephone cord is
properly connected
to both the base
unit and telephone
line jack on the
wall.
Try to connect your
telephone into a
different line.
Press {s} , then check if the dial tone
is heard from the speaker on the back.
No dial tone
Dial tone is heard.

See if “Check tel line 1” or “Check tel line 2” is shown on the handset display.
