Smell
The smell of the debris
is coming from the
exhaust
●
Are you leaving the vacuum filled with strongly smelling sucked up debris in it?
If you are concerned about this with repeated operating, dispose of the debris (P.
12)
Clean out each filter (P. 12, 15)
Noise
The operating sound
makes high and loud
(“Conk, conk” etc.)
noises.
●Are the mesh filter and net filter clogged up?
Clean them (P. 12)
●Are the extension wand and nozzle clogged up with debris?
●Is the nozzle tip blocked?
The floor nozzle
vibrates, and makes
“Rattle, rattle” noises.
●It is not malfunctioning.
These are the operating sounds of the ball and the lever inside the
rolling switch.
If anomaly persists
even after checking
●Bring the product (main unit, extension wand, floor nozzle, battery and
charging adapter) along with the warranty to your retailer.
