What to do if my Panasonic MX-V310 Blender stops during blending?
    • A
      Aaron FloresAug 5, 2025
If your Panasonic Blender stops during blending, it could be due to several reasons. The circuit breaker might be activated because you're using too many ingredients or hard ingredients. Reduce the ingredients to less than half of the working capacity and/or remove any hard ingredients, then try again. If it still doesn't start, reset the circuit breaker by pressing the button again. Avoid repeatedly resetting the circuit breaker. Another reason could be that you are using prohibited ingredients, in which case you should remove them. Also, the maximum operating time might be exceeded; turn off the power and check the recommended operating time.

What to do if my Panasonic MX-V310 won't start even though the power is on?

      Jennifer BurnettAug 10, 2025
If your Panasonic Blender isn't starting even with the power on, ensure that the Blender Jug or the Mill Container is correctly placed. Also, check that you're not overloading it with ingredients or using prohibited ingredients; do not exceed the working capacity and only use permitted ingredients. Finally, the Safety Lever might be stuck. Disassemble the Blender Jug Base and follow the assembly sequence.

Why is my Panasonic MX-V310 leaking?
    • A
      Andrea EdwardsAug 17, 2025
If the mixture is leaking from your Panasonic Blender Jug, first, check if the Blender Jug Base is firmly tightened onto the Blender Jug and tighten it if it’s loose. Make sure the Blender Gasket is installed correctly, or install it if it's missing. Also, ensure you are using the correct Base. Assemble the Blender Jug Base to the Blender Jug or assemble the Mill Container Base to the Mill Container. Finally, the Safety Lever might be stuck. Disassemble the Blender Jug Base and follow the assembly sequence.

How to fix abnormal noise or vibration in my Panasonic MX-V310?
    • B
      Brandon Lambert IIAug 23, 2025
If your Panasonic Blender is making abnormal noise or vibrating excessively, it could be due to too many ingredients in the Blender Jug. Turn off the appliance and reduce the amount of ingredients. Also, ensure that the Blender Jug Base is firmly attached to the Blender Jug; tighten it if it is loose.

What to do if the cutting blades in my Panasonic Blender are spinning freely without cutting?
    • R
      Robert MonroeAug 28, 2025
If the cutting blades in your Panasonic Blender are spinning without cutting, it could be because ingredients are stuck to the wall of the Blender Jug. Turn off the appliance and use the Scraper to circulate the ingredients. Alternatively, the quantity of liquid might be too low; add more liquid.
