10.2. SELF DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION (ERROR DISPLAY)
• The error is detected during operation, the error is displayed
and the operation is stopped.
• Displays the alphabet (U or H) and error number alternately.
• The warning buzzer beeps for all "U" and "H21".

U04 Clogged of Dry filter The inlet air sensor(TH2) or warm air
sensor(TH3) detects the temperature has
been 60 °C or more, off the Drying heater.
When temperature down less than 50 °C
and 5 minutes passed, on the heater again.
Error is displayed if it detects 3 times after
finished of Dry process.
• Clean the Dry filter and Drying air duct. Power button off and
on again.
U11 Unable to drain Drainage cannot be completed within the
set drainage time.
Check the condition of remaining water in
the tank.
(Water is hardly drained)
• Check the connector has not come off.
• Check the controller output (AC
Voltage.)

No output .... Replace the controller unit
(Power side)
With output ... Continuity test for Geared
motor

No continuity...Replace the Geared
motor.
With continuity...Replace the Lead wire
unit.
(Some water is drained)
• Check the drain water route clogged
such as Cock valve, Drain hose, Drain
outlet (Drain pan).
(Water is drained)
• Check the sensor part such as Water
level sensor, Air tube.
Press Start/Pause
button in door closed
condition.

display and sift to
initial position of
drainage process.
U12 Door is open *Door is open at the start of operation.
*Door is open when start preset timer
operation.
(At the timing of pressed start switch in
timer operation.)
*Door is open at the restart operation after
Pause condition.
*Door cannot be locked even if door lock
signal is performed 3 times (while the
power is on).
(The door is open)
• Close the door.
(The door is closed)
• Check the deformation of lid hook.
• Check the malfunction of lid lock switch.
• And replace the lid or lid lock switch.
Close the door
properly.
Press Start/Pause
button.
Cleared error code
display and restart
the unit.
Door lock malfunction *Door cannot be unlocked even if door
unlock signal is performed 5 times(while
the power is on).
(This error code have not perform when
other error code have displayed (except
U18 error).)
• Check the connector has not come off.
• Check the breakage of lead wire.
• Check the electric continuity of lid lock
switch.
• Except as described above, Replace
the controller unit(Power side).
Unlock the door lock.
U13 Unbalanced laundry Unbalance is detected during spin
operation.
(Balance adjustment is performed several
times, but the unbalance is still detected.)
(Check the cloths)
• Large items, such as a sheet.
• One thick item, such as a sweat shirt.
 Add one or two wet bath towels.
(Check the unstable location)
• Check the horizontal state.

balance adjustment
process.
U14 Unable to supply water *Water is not supplied to a setting water
level, even if the specified time passed
(after water supply has started).
(Water is not supplied)
• Check the water outage. And check the
water tap is open.
• Check clogging of the water supply filter.
• Except as described above, check the
connector has not come off.
