Four-Speed Power Zoom Before you begin...
* Connect the Camcorder to a power source.
You can gradually zoom in for.close ups + Set the POWER switch to CAMERA.
or zoom out for wide angle shots.
The zooming speed ranges from a slow Zoom In (“T”)
speed of 16 seconds to a fast 2 seconds
according to the pressure applied to the
zoom buttons.
Zoom Out ("W")
Zoom slowly by lightly pressing the «m
(Telephoto) or the "W" (Wide Angle) side
of the POWER ZOOM switch.
Zoom quickly by applying more pressure.
* The magnification level is displayed in the
EVF.
Backlight Before you begin...
: ‘ * Connect the Camcorder to a power source.
Use when recording a subject that is + Set the POWER switch to CAMERA.

shadowed area or when the light source is
in back of your subject.
There are three levels of backlight
compensation. Press the BACKLIGHT
button to obtain the desired level while
recording.
