(5) Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the synthesis mirror.
Notes:
·
When the synthesis mirror is removed, be careful not to
deform or damage the component (shading plate) of
the rod (complete).
·
Do not touch the surface of the synthesis mirror. If it
becomes dirty or damaged, the performance may be
deteriorated.
11.13. Removal of Color Wheel Block (Analysis Block)
(1) Remove the upper case according to the section 11.2. "Removal
of Upper Case".
(2) Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the CW fan fixing metal with
fan and the cooling plate.
(3) Unscrew the 1 screws and remove the color wheel cover.
(4) Disconnect connectors and flexible cable from/to the color wheel
block.
(5) Unscrew the 1 screw and remove the color wheel block.
Note:
·
If the optical components (color wheel, rod in the
analysis block, etc.) become dirty or damaged, the
performance may be deteriorated. Work carefully
enough in handling.
