If your Panasonic Home Theater System isn't responding to button presses on the unit or the remote, resulting in no picture or sound, try turning the unit off and then back on. If that doesn't work, turn it off, disconnect the AC mains lead, and then reconnect it. Also, ensure the batteries in the remote are correctly installed and not depleted, replacing them if necessary. Aim the remote control at the remote control signal sensor and operate. Check the video or speaker connections, the power and input settings of both the connected equipment and the unit, and that the disc has recorded content. As a last resort, turn the unit off and on again to revert to default settings.
