3-3-4 Emission Intensity Control Function
<Emission intensity control>
CLR (Ineffective) : Operating range is 0.3 to 9m for SF4B-HƑSF4B-HƑ<V2> (12 to 64 beam chan-
nels) and SF4B-AƑSF4B-AƑ<V2> (6 to 32 beam channels), 0.3 to 7m for
SF4B-FƑSF4B-FƑ<V2> and SF4B-HƑSF4B-HƑ<V2> (72 to 96 beam chan-
nels) and SF4B-AƑSF4B-AƑ<V2> (36 to 48 beam channels) (factory setting).
SET (Effective) : The operating range is reduced by approx. 50%.
