  If your Panasonic Monitor's remote control isn't working, there are several things to check: * Make sure the batteries aren't completely discharged and are inserted correctly. * Ensure the remote control sensor isn't exposed to strong light. * Verify there are no obstacles blocking the sensor. * If the installation is normal, try pulling out the remote control sensor from the edge side of the main unit. * Confirm you're using the correct remote control for the unit. * Ensure that the [Controller user level] is not set to other than [Off]. * Check that [Controller ID function] is not set to [On]. * If using an ID remote controller, verify the switch is not set to .

  If no sound is coming from the DIGITAL AV OUT terminal on your Panasonic Monitor, check that the volume isn't set to '0' and that [Sound] - [Output select] is not set to [AUDIO OUT].
