Flash Memory Drive
<Only for models with Flash Memory Drive>
Some of the models contain the flash memory drive instead of a hard disk drive. (A hard disk drive is not mounted.)
Replace “hard disk” and “hard disk drive” mentioned in the other chapter of this manual with “flash memory” and “flash mem-
ory drive”. The procedure for inserting/removing the flash memory drive is same as the one of for the hard disk drive ( page
155).
NOTE
[Hard Disk] displayed on [Information] Menu of the Setup Utility refers to the flash memory ( page 160).
[Hard Disk Lock] displayed on [Security] Menu of the Setup Utility restricts read/write operation for the flash memory
data ( page 166).
The flash memory is self-diagnosed as “Hard Disk” ( page 171).
In the PC Popup Information, the section explaining how to use the hard disk drive is not available.
