Preparation of the vehicle for driving

9.4 Functional checking before driving

For your own safety, you must check the following points before each

drive.

› Start and stop function (brakes) of the vehicle.

› Function of the lighting system of the vehicle.



You may need to involve a second person for such a check.



See "User's Manual" of the vehicle manufacturer.

› Fitting the safety belt.



Listen for an audible click of the buckle latch in the belt

fastener when fastening the safety belt.
