• Select Assign PROFINET device name to open the view, click on Update list to search slave
online, then click on Assign name to set slave name.
Read / Write parameters Acyclically
AC20 parameters data may be accessed via acyclic communication using PROFINET. The acyclic read and
write services may be achieved using functions block “RDREC” and “WRREC” on Tia portal environment.
The input “Index” corresponds to the parameter number and the “ID” corresponds to the Hardware Identifier
of the Option Comms module.
