The device is a PARKSIDE Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner, model PNTS 1300 A1, designed for domestic use in various environments such as the house, work room, car, or garage. It is capable of both wet and dry vacuuming, and also features a blower function. The appliance is equipped with a robust plastic container for waste collection and castors for easy maneuverability.
Function Description:
The vacuum cleaner operates by drawing air and debris into its waste container. For wet vacuuming, a foam filter (15) is used, and the suction flow is automatically switched off by a float once the waste tank is full, preventing overflow. For dry vacuuming, a material filter (16) is placed over the foam filter (15). For fine dust, an additional paper filter bag (17) is recommended. The blower function is activated by connecting the vacuum hose (13) to the blower connection (11) on the motor head. The device is controlled by an on/off switch (3).

Usage Features:
The device is designed for ease of use and versatility.
- Assembly: The carrying handle (2) and feet (7) with castors are attached using supplied screws. Filters are inserted according to the type of vacuuming (wet, dry, or fine dust). The motor housing (1) is placed on the dirt collector (6) and secured with locking clips (10). The vacuum hose (13) and accessories are then connected.
- Filters:
- Foam filter (15): Used for wet vacuuming. Must be dry before use.
- Material filter (16): Used for dry vacuuming, placed over the foam filter.
- Paper filter bag (17): Recommended for vacuuming very fine dust, fitted over the internal suction pipe (22) with the sealing ring (23) surrounding the lip.
- Important Note: Never vacuum without a filter, as this could damage the machine.
- Switching On/Off: The appliance is switched on by setting the on/off switch (3) to position "I" and off to position "O".
- Wet Vacuuming: When the waste tank is full, a float closes the suction opening, interrupting vacuum operation. The machine should be switched off and the waste tank emptied immediately if foam or liquid exits.
- Dry Vacuuming: Requires the material filter (16) over the foam filter (15). For fine dust, the paper filter bag (17) is additionally recommended.
- Blowing Function: The suction hose (13) is screwed to the blower connection (11) on the motor head to activate this function.

Accessory fittings are located on the feet (7) and motor part (4).
