1. Loosen the screw (
6) of the mainte-
nance cover ( 5).
2. Remove the maintenance cover ( 5).
3. Lift the compression spring (17) out of
the groove for the spring (19) the car-
bon brush (18).
4. Remove the contact plug (22) of the
contact shoe (21).
5. Pull out the brush (18) from the guide.
6. Insert a new carbon brush (18) into the
guide.
7. Place the connector (20) in a bow in
the groove for the compression spring
(19) past. Lead the connector (20)
through the side opening of the leader-
ship.
8. Slide the contact plug (22) on the con-
tact shoe (21).
9. Replace the compression spring (17)
on the nut of the compression spring
(19) the carbon brush (18).
10. Reattach the screw ( 6) the mainte-
nance cover ( 5)
11. Repeat the procedure 1 to 10 on the
other side of the unit. The carbon bru-
shes are always in pairs to share.
Storage
Store the appliance in a dry place well
out of reach of children.
Grinding discs must be dry and stored
upright and should never be stacked.
Waste disposal
and environmental
protection
Be environmentally friendly. Return the
tool, accessories and packaging to a recy-

them.
Electrical machines do not belong
with domestic waste.
Hand over the device at an utilization
location. The plastic and metal parts
employed can be separated out and
thus recycled use can be implemented.

Defective units returned to us will be
disposed of for free.
