If you are unable to solve the problem, you should have the terminal serviced. Pack the terminal in the
original carton. (See “Unpacking the SP-1000-C” on page 1.) Include a description of the problem and a
checklistofthestepsyoutookwhentryingtoxtheproblem.Theinformationmaybeusefultotheservice
personnel. Return the terminal to the place you purchased it.
