Weak Or No Signal
When processing a DONATION with a WEAK
or NO SIGNAL you will be asked if you wish
to process the transaction as a DEFERRED
AUTHORISATION.
Select YES to store the donation.
These will still be stored OFFLINE and can be
uploaded at the end of the day.
IMPORTANT!
On the rst transaction you attempt after losing signal, you
will see a COMMS FAILURE warning and will then be
oered the option to DEFER AUTHORISATION.
OFFLINE donations will be stored on the device but
need to be manually uploaded by the fundraiser
at the end of each fundraising day.
