Error reporting Solution
The burners do not burn
evenly.
• Have a gas technician check the pipeline!
The flame from the burners
suddenly changes
• Assemble the burners correctly!
The flame is extinguished
shortly after ignition
• Keep the control knob depressed for a longer period of time.
• Press the knob harder before releasing it.
The grid has discoloured in
the burner area?
• This is a normal occurrence due to the high temperature;
clean the grid with a metal care detergent.
The electric ignition of the
burners no longer works.
• Carefully clean the opening between the spark plug and the
burner.
• Clean the burner head with a metal care detergent.
The main fuse is tripped
repetitively.
• Check the electrical connection.
• Call the service technician or an authorised professional!
A visit by a service technician during the warranty period will be
charged if the appliance is not functioning because of improper use!
