6. Reading equilibrium pressure, temperature and CO
2
content.
Method:
1. Press the ‘START’ key one time to start the measurement,
From this point there are two possibilities:
1a Carefully push the temperature sensor down,
2a Shake the ICC-2000 several times until equilibrium pressure is reached and wait until the
measurement value on the screen stops increasing,
3a Equilibrium pressure has now been reached and the measured temperature as well as
the CO
2
content calculated can be read,
4a Press the ‘START’ key (the values are saved). The CO
2
content is calculated
automatically using the Haffmans CO
2
formula.
1b Navigate the cursor with the arrow buttons until you reach pressure,
2b Push ‘START’, the pressure will be locked in the software,
3b Carefully push the temperature sensor down
4b Press the ‘START’ key (the values are saved). The CO
2
content is calculated
automatically using the Haffmans CO
2
formula.
7. Removing the bottle or can from the ICC-2000.
After measuring the CO
2
, the bottle or can must be removed from the ICC-2000 by carrying out
the following actions:
Attention!
Carefully pull the temperature sensor (pos. 05) up until the sensor
is completely out of the bottle.
Method:
1. Open the needle valve (pos. 13) so that the equilibrium pressure is released,
2. Pull the temperature sensor up,
3. Move the handle (pos. 46) back completely,
4. Close the needle valve again for the next measurement.
