You can check the flow and adjust it using the regulator valve. Also, inspect the cleaner for any debris inside, and make sure the filter is clean by backwashing it. Ensure that the main drain and all suction lines are closed, except the one connected to the cleaner. Look for obstructions in the filter, pump basket, or pump impeller. If the issue persists, the pool pump and filter system might be too small, and you should consult a pool professional.
