Start by checking for suction leaks in the piping, ensuring the suction pipe inlet is submerged adequately to prevent air intake, and inspecting the strainer pot lid o-ring for damage. Also, verify that the strainer pot/basket and impeller are free from clogs. If blockages are found, clean the basket/pot and disassemble the pump to clear the impeller. Finally, make sure that the pump is receiving the correct voltage and has proper ventilation.
