Settings
You can change the USB Connection mode depending on whether the
USB cable is to be connected to a printer (PictBridge) or a computer.
1 Select [USB Connection] on the [B Set-up] menu.
2 Press the four-way controller (5).
The pull-down menu appears.
3 Use the four-way controller (23) to select [PC] or
[PictBridge].
4 Press the Q Playback button.
The camera is ready to play back images.
You can select the output format (NTSC or PAL) for taking or playing
back images on a TV.
1 Select [Video Out] on the [B Set-up] menu.
2 Press the four-way controller (5).
The pull-down menu appears.
3 Use the four-way controller (23) to select [NTSC] or
[PAL].
Choose the video output format to match the output format of the TV.
4 Press the Q Playback button.
The camera is ready to play back images.
Changing the USB Connection Mode
Do not connect the printer while “PC” is set. Also, do not connect the
computer while “PictBridge” is set.
