  If the radio remote LED’s, voltage indicator, and green button are not working on your Pentpak Saw, try these steps: Ensure the Pentpak is connected to the mains supply. Connect the remote to the Pentpak, making sure the stop circuit is activated by pressing the green button and following the startup sequence. If connected via radio, reposition the RRC to ensure it's in range. If using a cable, disconnect and reconnect the CE-RRC cable. Also, verify that the remote is paired to the Pentpak. If the issue persists, it may be due to a faulty remote control board or an RRC battery charging error, and you should contact your Pentruder authorized service workshop.

Why does my Pentruder RS2 blade not cut straight?

  If your Pentruder Saw blade isn't cutting straight, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure the track is correctly mounted on the track feet. Check that the conical rollers that run on the track are correctly adjusted. Inspect the saw blade itself for damage or imbalance by checking if it's straight with a set square. If there is too much play in the spindle bearings, the saw head has to be sent to your Pentruder authorised service company to have the bearing replaced.
